Pet Policy
Unacceptable animals, breeds or any mix thereof include, but are not limited to, exotic or farm animals, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds and Dobermans. One pet per apartment is allowed, and a $300.00 one-time pet fee is required. The Pet Fee and Vet records will be required prior to the pet being allowed on the property. Maximum height limit of the pet is 12 inches at the shoulder.
